Mmtune's social network has been designed with members and users privacy in mind.To improve members privacy mmtune's has been designed to direct all newly registered users to edit profile page.The edit profile page under account settings allow registered members to edit personal detail including members full name and access control.There are three access control setting,View access / Commenting access / message from other members.For security and privacy reasons mmtune advise all users to change the default security settings.The edit profile page allow users to control access to posting and up date profile picture and geo-location etc.

Sharing your posted content and information:

Mmtune's users own all the content they posted on mmtune,And you control how your information is share with friends and other mmtune users.Through account settings user control who can view profile and comment on profile.In addition:

a :

For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content),you specifically give Mmtune the following permission,subject to your security sttings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable,sub-licensable, royalty-free,worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Mmtune (IP License).This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others,and they have not deleted it.

b :

When you publish content or information using the all view access  setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of Mmtune, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture).

c :

We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about Mmtune,but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

d :

When you delete account and it content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).

We do our best to keep Mmtune safe,but we cannot guarantee it.We need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:

a :

You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Mmtune.

b :

You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Mmtune, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without Mmtune permission.

c :

You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme on Mmtune or third party applications.

d :

You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.

e :

You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

f :

You will not develop or operate a third-party application containing alcohol-related or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate age-based restrictions.

g :

You will follow our Promotions  Guidelines and all applicable laws if you publicize or offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes (“promotion”) on Mmtune.

h :

You will not use Mmtune to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Mmtune, such as a denial of service attack.You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

Account and registration security:

Mmtune users provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

a :

You will not provide any false personal information on Mmtune, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.

b :

You will not create more than one personal profile or account.

c :

If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.

d :

You will not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (such as selling your status update to an advertiser).

e :

You will not use Mmtune if you are under 13 age.

f :

You will not use Mmtune  if you are a convicted sex offender.

g :

You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.

h :

You will not share your password, (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.

i :

You will not transfer your account (including any  page or application you administer) to anyone without first getting mmtune written permission.

j :

If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).

Notification:

Mmtune social network has been designed to keep user up to date with friends by sending notification to user friends email address,The following notification are send to friends,New message / friends request / join groups etc.User can disable notification through account settings by unchecked receive email.If unchecked notifications will not be sent to your email address,however notifications will still be available in the notifications area.

To accept friends or groups request click on the link.There are three options under friends request (move to accepted / move to reject / remove from friends).If you don't want the friendships move the user to reject or remove from friends.

Note: If you click on reject the user will be sent a friends reject notification and the user will not see your link (add to friends) and not be able to contact you.
